Gina Ford Named Inaugural CEO of Women In Bio

Women In Bio, the premier organization dedicated to advancing women in the life sciences, announces Gina Ford as its first-ever Chief Executive Officer, after having previously served as Executive Director of the organization. Ford now steps into this expanded role as both CEO and a member of the Board of Directors, charged with leading the continued growth and vision of WIB.

"Women are excelling in the life sciences and biotech industries—earning more degrees, driving financial performance, and advancing innovation across the field," said Dianne Keen-Kim, Board Chair and President of Women In Bio. "Under Gina's strategic leadership, WIB has achieved national growth, expanded its programs, and strengthened key partnerships. The Board and I are confident she will guide the organization to even greater impact as CEO."
