Managing and coaching analysts (15–20 FTE) through coaching sessions
Ensuring optimal scheduling and allocation of analysts
Overseeing equipment maintenance and calibration
Monitoring compliance with (quality) procedures within the department
Driving process improvements to increase efficiency
Managing the department based on performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
Highest qualification: University
At least a completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO)
At least 3–5 years of work experience
Experience as a supervisor, manager, team leader, or lead analyst is an asset
Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
