Description
- Lead clinical engagement across SEA markets to support the adoption of BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS), with a focus on hospital pharmacy automation and dispensing solutions.
- Partner with country teams and customers (pharmacists, clinicians, nurses, IT, hospital management) to assess current pharmacy/drug dispensing workflows and provide clinical guidance on transition to outpatient – inpatient automation and dispensing systems (e.g., Rowa, Pyxis, Parata).
- Develop and standardize clinical workflow recommendations and best practices to support hospitals before and after implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert in clinical pharmacy operations and medication dispensing workflows, ensuring alignment with international guidelines, best practices, BD standards, and local market compliances.
- Drive capability building across country teams and distributors through training on clinical workflows and automation adoption; develop standardized playbooks and toolkits to accelerate learning, enable consistent way of clinical selling, and equip teams to effectively manage diverse hospital scenarios.
- Build and foster relationships with industry KOLs, facilitating clinical engagement and collaboration; support the development of evidence-based customer success stories, local case studies, and reference site–driven knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Identify market gaps and contribute to market development strategies, programs and clinical value proposition development.
- Support business development and commercial activities by participating in customer discussions, clinical workflow, solution design and implementation workshops and education programs.
- Ensure projects under the ownership of the role are delivered within approved budget, timelines and meet required quality standards.
Qualifications
Highest qualification: University
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (or above).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital clinical pharmacy or demonstrated ability to bridge clinical practice with digital or automation solutions in hospital settings, with strong understanding of medication workflows. Exceptions can be considered if strong credentials in deep involvement of hospital pharmacy digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across clinical and business environments, ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, the ability to lead cross functional project teams involving BD, Customers and external vendors.
- Willingness to travel, self-driven and adaptable in a cross-cultural environment.
