Effectively execute the company’s and the region’s marketing strategies; formulate personal performance plans to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
Manage daily visits and promotional activities for target customers; schedule visits efficiently and maintain positive, long-term cooperative relationships with them.
Proactively and effectively develop new customers and gain an understanding of their specific needs and profiles.
Complete all work-related reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Strictly implement company marketing activities; stay informed about the latest developments regarding competitor products and accurately communicate product information.
Monitor market trends in the assigned territory and report findings promptly to the Regional Manager/Supervisor.
Collect information on adverse reactions experienced by patients using the products and report such information promptly to the relevant company departments.
Assist the Regional Manager with the following:
Onboarding training for new representatives (familiarizing them with customers, the market, company reporting systems, and relevant policies).
Assisting the Regional Manager in conducting product knowledge training for the team.
100% compliance with all relevant regulations.
Associate degree or higher; majors in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Medical/Pharmaceutical Marketing preferred
Over 5 years of experience in marketing within the medical or pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in office software
Competence in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong verbal expression and clear communication and coordination skills
Must pass the company's senior representative certification exam and the RDPAC certification exam
