Description

  • Support SFE Manager and collaborative closely with stakeholders within Commercialization to execute analytical efforts in support of sales operations activities, including but not limited to call planning, incentive compensation, call reporting, field sales communications, and training materials.
  • Serve as system administrator for Customer Relationship Management program and content management platform; work closely with SFE Manager and Digital Lead on technical configuration, operations, and troubleshooting while liaising with the Regional Support Team on upcoming solutions and feature activations.
  • Provide accurate and in-depth analysis to support strategic sales force structure, initiatives, targeting, and incentive compensation program.
  • Implement, monitor and continuously improve sales capability measurement tools and management reporting.
  • Review and update SFE training materials for workstreams such as call planning, incentive planning, and field sales reporting; deliver live training sessions as needed.
  • Promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values in day-to-day responsibilities and interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Data science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in data science or data analytic.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare Sales & Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Automation (SFA) Systems.
