Description
- Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing account
- Develop business plans in key accounts and maintain strong business relationship with the customers
- Understand customers’ needs and provide necessary support promptly
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting QIAGEN products and solutions to key customers across Korea
- Responsible for sales planning, forecasting and driving sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Share market intelligence with local sales team to increase sales effectiveness
- Participate and support in local sales & marketing events, seminars, conferences and projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology or related studies
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics products
- Good understanding of the IVD market is an advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- A good team player
- Domestic travel required on a quarterly basis per account, or as frequently needed, based on business demands
