Process Expert

Description

Supporting the production management of pharmaceutical products
Ensuring smooth operational workflows on production lines
Managing change processes and deviation investigations
Coordinating and introducing process changes and improvements
Implementing corrective and preventive actions and monitoring their effectiveness
Assisting with regulatory inspections and responses to regulatory inquiries
Preparing, approving, and distributing production-related documents
Customer support
Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Production and Quality
Communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Completed degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., process engineering, biotechnology, technical chemistry) or comparable qualification (e.g., technical college/HTL, master craftsman) with relevant professional experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry desirable
Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
Fluent German; English skills desirable
