Description

  • Planning and organising territory activities and projects to achieve or exceed performance goals, while keeping every initiative aligned with company strategy
  • Managing territory performance, validating the customer database and maintaining product information and educational activities across your assigned area
  • Coaching medical representatives in the field to strengthen detailing skills, territory management, communication and product knowledge
  • Developing, motivating and supervising your team to foster a high-performance mindset and adherence to the working plan
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access and Customer Engagement to maximise the performance of our products
  • Building and maintaining strong networks and healthcare partnerships in your region
  • Ensuring all activities comply with company policies, regulations and the Code of Conduct, and supervising their implementation across the team

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • A solid understanding of territory management, customer engagement and compliance in a regulated industry
  • Native-level Vietnamese and good communication skills in English
