Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and customer meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract expansion.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Support tender submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Drive growth within existing and new customer portfolios.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Manage customer contracts, pricing agreements, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Forecast sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences or related field.
- Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales.
- Experience within diagnostic/life science industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large or strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing contracts and customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable
- Previous experience in Commercial Partner Management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
