Description

  • Reporting to the BioPharma Systems Marketing Manager, you will analyze market trends by demonstrating market intelligence and conducting both primary and secondary research to collect data.
  • Plan and complete marketing strategies to drive commercial excellence. Identify end-customer needs and generate fact-based insights, ensuring launch excellence through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead company-organized seminars and external exhibitions to strengthen premium brand positioning. Improve impact through strategic program planning and flawless execution.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for key biopharmaceutical customers, including Biologics, CDMO, Biosimilar, Vaccine, and HA filler companies. Build strong, cross-functional relationships across procurement, manufacturing, and R&D, and deliver tailored BioPharma Systems solutions to support customers’ new project development needs.
  • Develop account-based marketing strategies with key customers for balanced, predictable, and profitable growth.

Qualifications

  • Preferred MNC pharma/Medical device marketing experience or local pharma overseas marketing experience (Business Development experience will be plus)
  • Capability to interpret various market insights and develop effective business strategies
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering (Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Chemical/ Biological/ Biomedical Engineering) preferred but not limited
  • Understand trend of healthcare industry and process of pharma life cycle management
  • Strong presentation skill, MS office skill
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required
  • 7–14 years in healthcare industry marketing
