Description
Forecasts, as well as assumption identification and quantification, are developed and communicated with the tools and methods that are available and agreed to by Head of SP&EE, TA Heads and Global Forecasting.
Forecast accuracy and deadline achievement of each milestone of the financial process
Relevancy and appropriateness of Key Performance Measures and Indicators to drive business performance
Accuracy and timely reporting and analytics of financials and KPIs (Monthly reporting)
Accuracy and reliability of business performance analysis for the TA to assist in brand/asset strategy decisions, optimization and to identify business opportunity
Minimization of duplicate work across functions
Qualifications
Highest qualification: University
- In-depth knowledge in sales forecasting
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills to effectively work cross functionally
- Significant analytic skills, able to clearly interpret and distill financial, scientific, clinical and commercial information and to make strategic decision
- Japanese regulation, policy and healthcare system
