Support daily business operations and coordinate activities across departments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Maintain customer and contract databases, pricing records, and sales documentation.
Manage vendors and contracts for general administrative services, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for business related activities and verify invoices against approved contracts in the procurement system.
Maintain, renew and monitor office licenses, equipment and facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate office events, including internal and external meetings, internal communications and guest visits.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
At least 5 years’ experience in relevant experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
Good communication and stakeholders’ management skills, being able to work with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
Experience in business operations, or commercial administration support
Understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations is an advantage
Work independently with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Professional business English (oral and written) as well as local language as required
