Description
- Operational Excellence
- Maintains an awareness and understanding of the Operational Excellence Strategy and Framework.
- Leads the implementation and maintenance of the 5S Program.
- Maintains a network with Operational Excellence resources in other sites and share current initiatives with a view to leveraging the combined resources of the team and preventing waste of effort.
- Be able to identify the value proposition for various projects and subsequent continuous improvement initiatives that could deliver quantifiable service, quality or cost outcomes for the business.
- Other assignments related to OE within Operations Department – Cluster VN/KH/MM.
- Data & Report Management
- Monthly update database to defined systems and Forms/Template.
- Monitor database performance and apply new patches and versions when required.
- Prepare KPI dashboard and other reports for periodic and/or adhoc meeting.
- Handling additional request/support
- Handling additional request/support from Client and external parties & solve arising issues related to routine operation.
Qualifications
Highest qualification: University
- Bachelor’s degree with background in Economic, Business Administration or Marketing
- At least 01 year working experience in similar position.
- Experienced in Reporting and data analysis.
- Experienced with SAP ERP, Dashboard.
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills.
- Good work organizing skills.
- English fluency & good at MS Office.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
