Description

  • Design and execute medical omnichannel and digital strategies, in close collaboration with the Medical Excellence Lead.
  • Orchestrate medical/disease awareness omnichannel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and scientific audiences with precision and compliance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Monitor medical digital performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement of digital initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with AZ Policies and Standards, with special emphasis on Code of Conduct, Ethical Interaction Policy and Standards, Privacy, and Procurement.

Qualifications

  • Digital Medical Acumen: Expertise in digital medical communication trends, omnichannel strategies, and their application.
  • Content & Campaign Mastery: Proficiency in developing, managing, and delivering compliant medical content and campaigns digitally.
  • Translational Communication: Ability to convert complex medical information into clear, impactful digital communications.
  • Data-Driven Strategist: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and inform actionable digital strategies.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Expert: Deep understanding of ethical and regulatory frameworks for medical digital communications.
  • Digital Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex digital initiatives from conception to optimization, ensuring timely and in-scope delivery.
  • Collaborative Influencer: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and influence.
