Description

Formulate and execute marketing strategies for assigned products to achieve sales targets.
Visit key opinion leaders (KOLs)—including joint visits with the sales team—to facilitate strategy execution; conduct direct promotional activities with KOLs, and utilize their feedback to refine promotional strategies for other customer segments.
Plan and conduct training programs for assigned products, ensuring that the sales team acquires the product knowledge necessary to execute strategies and conduct sales activities effectively.
Provide support to the sales department to facilitate the achievement of their objectives.
Leverage all available resources to monitor and analyze the market landscape for assigned products, and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
Collaborate with the Global Team, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to develop and disseminate promotional materials (e.g., catalogs, price lists, external documents, website content, digital tools) and training materials.
Plan and organize academic conferences, seminars, and company-hosted events to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Plan and execute launch strategies for new products.
Provide relevant feedback to Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams based on an understanding of how Japanese customers utilize the products.
Products within related fields.

Qualifications

Over three years of marketing experience within the medical device industry

Skills / Knowledge

Presentation skills
Communication skills for interacting with sales teams and other relevant departments
Project management capabilities
PC proficiency (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Logical thinking and decision-making abilities
Information gathering skills
Ability to handle confidential information
English proficiency (email correspondence, reading technical documents, and communication)
Understanding of and adherence to compliance standards
