Description

Measurement and analysis of key metrics and KPIs related to manufacturing and logistics

・Generation of data and resource analysis pertaining to manufacturing and logistics

・Preparation of monthly data and reports for submission to global headquarters (including SDGs, scrap data, etc.)

・Data analysis regarding costs (logistics costs, maintenance expenses)

・Management and leadership of global and local logistics-related projects

・Support for daily logistics operations; driving problem-solving initiatives as required

・Execution (or support) of duties requiring specialized expertise as directed by a supervisor—including responsibilities as a Chemical Substance Manager, Manager of Toxic and Deleterious Substances, and EHS compliance tasks

・Creation and management of SOPs and various procedural manuals; participation in external training sessions and seminars relevant to the specialized fields required for the role

・Mastery of company-utilized tools—such as Red On Line (regulatory compliance software), SAP, and QIAQuality (ERP system)—and their application in daily operations
