- Sales Process Expertise
- Experience mapping end to end commercial or field force processes
- Ability to quickly understand local market specifics (India)
- CRM & Commercial Tools Knowledge
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Phyzii, Bizom or similar)
- Experience evaluating CRM features, integrations, and implementation trade offs
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Ability to define clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Strong process documentation skills (AS IS / TO BE)
- Cross-functional work
- Experience working across multiple workstreams (sales, supply chain, finance, IT)
- Comfortable coordinating stakeholders in fast-moving / ambiguous environments
- Change & Risk Awareness
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early
- Experience supporting transitions such as vendor changes or operating model shifts
Qualifications
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication skills with business teams and leadership
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable recommendations
- Industry Experience
- Experience in India pharma/consumer health or CPG commercial models
- Exposure to outsourced operating models or distributor transitions
