Description

  • Sales Process Expertise
    • Experience mapping end to end commercial or field force processes
    • Ability to quickly understand local market specifics (India)
  • CRM & Commercial Tools Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Phyzii, Bizom or similar)
    • Experience evaluating CRM features, integrations, and implementation trade offs
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation
    • Ability to define clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
    • Strong process documentation skills (AS IS / TO BE)
  • Cross-functional work
    • Experience working across multiple workstreams (sales, supply chain, finance, IT)
    • Comfortable coordinating stakeholders in fast-moving / ambiguous environments
  • Change & Risk Awareness
    • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early
    • Experience supporting transitions such as vendor changes or operating model shifts

Qualifications

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Strong communication skills with business teams and leadership
    • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Industry Experience
    • Experience in India pharma/consumer health or CPG commercial models
    • Exposure to outsourced operating models or distributor transitions
