Description
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including monthly newsletter and promotional campaigns preparation via Sales Force Marketing Cloud relevant corporate website updates, and digital sales tools creation.
- Developing digital content, along with the product managers, to promote Teva products with customers or industry events.
- Coordinate digital content updates in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
Marketing Support – Products and pharmacy programs
- Support marketing initiatives related to generic products and portfolio activities, including launches and lifecycle updates.
- Coordinate marketing materials and sales tools for the Gx portfolio and Pharmacy Program Development, including content creation and approvals.
- Maintain organized libraries for approved marketing materials for sales team and industry events, as well as digital assets
Manage Administrative And Compliance Tasks, Including
- Purchase orders (POs) and vendor invoices
- Submit materials for Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review and track approvals
- Support compliance approval workflows for customer programs
- Coordinate marketing inventory and material distribution
- Update digital platforms and trackers as needed
Cross‑Functional Marketing Support
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, and Supply Chain to support timely and compliant execution of marketing activities.
- Coordinate inputs, timelines, and approvals across stakeholders, including industry trade shows.
- Support launch readiness activities and marketing execution tracking for Gx Products and Pharmacy Programs.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Assist with tracking marketing and digital performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement by helping gather data, feedback, and insights to optimize marketing materials and execution.
- Ensure marketing initiatives follow applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry preferred).
- Experience supporting digital marketing execution and content development.
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Adobe Express or Canva is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach.
- Understanding marketing compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.
