Support the LinkedIn presence and content planning for the President, North America.
Draft first versions of press releases, statements, briefing materials, and Q&As.
Internal Communications
Support planning and execution of town halls, associate events, and leadership communications.
Develop operational guides, checklists, and process documents to support strong planning and delivery.
Project Management & Operations
Manage timelines, reviews, and deliverables with strong organization and dependable follow‑through.
Track communications metrics and summarize insights clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information and tailor tone.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting metrics and translating insights into recommendations.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities reliably.
Professional presence and confidence working with global Communications, Public Affairs, and business partners, as well as leaders and associates across the U.S. and North America.
1-3 years of communications experience (internships included); pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus.
Graphic design and PowerPoint skills; ability to create clean, engaging visuals.
Strong comfort with technology, including AI willing to learn new systems and tools.
