You are responsible for the pharmaceutical and operational implementation of processes within the material preparation area.
You manage the capacity and detailed scheduling for equipment washers, autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems, and vacuum drying cabinets.
You leave nothing to chance when addressing malfunctions, assessing deviations in the material preparation process, and initiating appropriate countermeasures.
You assume the role of a disciplinary leader, guiding, developing, and motivating a team of production staff and shift coordinators.
You contribute to the future strategic development of the department to facilitate site growth.
Through interdisciplinary collaboration, you actively participate in projects, as well as in process implementation and optimization initiatives.
Possessing a completed degree in a natural science or technical field—or a completed technical or scientific vocational training program—combined with several years of professional experience in a comparable position and advanced training as a Master Craftsman or Technician (m/f/d)
Equipped with strong PC and MS Office skills, as well as a good command of English
Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a respectful approach to providing both technical and disciplinary leadership to a team on an equal footing
Valued for your exceptional communication skills and organizational abilities, and serving as a role model for quality awareness
Working in a highly responsible manner to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
Possessing a strong command of German (at least C1 level), enabling you to document your work effectively and communicate seamlessly with every member of the team
