Description

  • Define and deploy multichannel customer strategies in partnership with Business Units
  • Align digital initiatives with commercial objectives and evolving customer engagement models
  • Orchestrate integrated customer journeys across channels and touchpoints
  • Drive adoption of new digital tools, behaviors, governance models, and best practices
  • Oversee content hub operations, vendor management, and brand consistency across digital assets
  • Lead analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights and optimize engagement performance
  • Develop strategic partnerships with startups, agencies, and digital health innovators
  • Govern standardized processes (e.g., campaign execution, sample management) and ensure CRM optimization and user support
  • Monitor and enhance digital campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, omnichannel leadership, or transformation roles within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners and agencies
  • Strong expertise in CRM/OCE platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), analytics tools, and digital content platforms
  • Demonstrated experience driving digital adoption and cultural transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred
