Description
- Define and deploy multichannel customer strategies in partnership with Business Units
- Align digital initiatives with commercial objectives and evolving customer engagement models
- Orchestrate integrated customer journeys across channels and touchpoints
- Drive adoption of new digital tools, behaviors, governance models, and best practices
- Oversee content hub operations, vendor management, and brand consistency across digital assets
- Lead analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights and optimize engagement performance
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, agencies, and digital health innovators
- Govern standardized processes (e.g., campaign execution, sample management) and ensure CRM optimization and user support
- Monitor and enhance digital campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, omnichannel leadership, or transformation roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners and agencies
- Strong expertise in CRM/OCE platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), analytics tools, and digital content platforms
- Demonstrated experience driving digital adoption and cultural transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred
