  Conducting research and creating slides for proposals; participating in pitches as required

  Managing project progress (understanding and contributing to scope, budget, resources, and schedule)
  Managing assigned tasks, conducting quality checks, and incorporating feedback
  Identifying and analyzing secondary research data; synthesizing industry and market insights
  Preparing for primary research (interviews with physicians, payers, patients, etc.); observing sessions and conducting interviews as needed
  Creating slides based on gathered data; structuring strategic recommendations
  Preparing for client meetings; drafting meeting minutes and outlining next steps
  Creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  Creating and managing project documentation (meeting minutes, status reports, etc.)
  Responding flexibly to change and uncertainty; communicating promptly when issues arise
  Participating in diverse business domains and projects
  Internal Community Engagement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree in Business or Life Sciences is a plus)
Work experience in consulting or the pharmaceutical/biotech sector
Strong analytical skills; logical and creative thinking abilities
Business acumen
Keen attention to detail
Ability to independently produce client deliverables
Experience in research and data analysis
Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
Collaborative spirit and teamwork skills
Multitasking and time management skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Willingness to travel
Approximately 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector
