Description
- Strategic Customer Engagement
- Manage and grow key accounts across major hospitals (Hematology & Immunology), research institutes, universities, and single‑cell/multi‑omics labs.
- Establish long‑term partnerships with clinicians, researchers, and laboratory leaders.
- Understand scientific workflows (stem cell, cell culture, immunology assays, next‑gen single‑cell technologies) to recommend appropriate BD solutions.
- Drive customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales and account plans aligned with Biosciences growth objectives in the Northern region.
- Identify new opportunities in single‑cell sequencing labs, multi‑omics core facilities, flow cytometry labs, and translational research centers.
- Lead the sales cycle, including prospecting, forecasting, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts, pipeline updates, and data-driven insights to the Business Manager.
- Market & Portfolio Development
- Promote BD’s Biosciences solutions, including:
- Stem cell research workflows (isolation, expansion, reagents)
- Cell culture products and media
- Flow cytometry instruments, antibodies, and reagents
- Single‑cell and multi‑omics enabling tools (sample prep, immunology panels, cell sorting workflows)
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and seminars for scientific and clinical users.
- Distributor Collaboration
- Work closely with distributor teams to ensure strong market coverage and technical execution.
- Train distributor sales teams to enhance scientific competency in immunology, cell biology, and single‑cell workflows.
- Support demand generation, tender activities, and order fulfilment processes.
- Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination
- Provide accurate reports to the Business Manager on performance, opportunities, risks, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Support, and Business Excellence teams for campaigns, events, and market development activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Good Communication skills.
