Description

  • Translating business needs into commercial partnership strategies in aesthetic channel by identifying opportunities that align with our future portfolio goals and bring long-term value to Novo Nordisk.
  • Proactively identifying and evaluating potential partners across key sectors, including chain and independent clinics, and other healthcare-related stakeholders.
  • Leading the engagement, negotiation, and contracting process with selected aesthetic partners, while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and due diligence.
  • Building basic level business cases and partnership models in aesthetic channel, both financial and strategic, and driving internal review and governance processes to secure approvals.
  • Managing partnerships with aesthetic channels post-contract by maintaining strong communication channels, monitoring performance, aligning on KPIs, and ensuring the partnership delivers on its intended objectives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Communication, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in aesthetic business, aesthetic partnerships, or aesthetic stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability in project management, business case development, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience working with healthcare decision-makers and multi-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
