Lead, Global Medical Insights

Description

• Accountable for overall end-to-end global process for MA insights across all Astellas priority products / TAs
• Responsible for leading the gathering of business requirements and translating them into efficient and effective processes.
• Establish data governance standards to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of insights.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of insights processes.
• Responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the agility and responsiveness of insights workflows.
• Provide guidance on best practices for capturing and leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in capturing and using medical insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 12+ years industry experience, or Master's degree and significant experience within an insights-focused role
• 5+ years experience managing multiple strategic and tactical projects
• Ability to learn new systems and software rapidly
• Experience in implementing and managing technology solutions for insights generation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to medical affairs and data governance.
• Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a matrix organization
