Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned district
  • Drive growth across pharmaceutical customers, including innovator pharma, biotech, and related segments
  • Execute district-level sales strategy aligned with Agilent Korea and APAC commercial objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Application Engineers, Service, and Channel partners
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with discipline and accuracy
  • Ensure effective execution of product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to leadership
  • Uphold Agilent’s values, compliance standards, and ethical selling practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • People management or team leadership experience are preferred
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical workflows, QC/QA, analytical instrumentation, or related solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and managing complex accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
  • Fluent in Korean; working proficiency in English required
