Description

Assisting with the creation of project plans and monitoring timelines Participating in customer meetings/conference calls/visits and preparing minutes
Providing information and documents for customer submissions, label texts, randomization information, etc., and forwarding them to internal functions
Providing the necessary documents for the depot group
Setting up the Fusion Suite for customers and offering ongoing support with program use and password management
Supporting solution-oriented approaches to project issues and strengthening customer relationships
Supporting project setup in JDE and setting financial milestones after contract signing
Assisting with the creation of scope documents such as Packaging Summary and Distribution Summary
Supporting and collaborating with project management
Generating and monitoring IDRs and overseeing the destruction process for final invoicing
Supporting departmental training and creating training materials and documentation
Adhering to the harmonized rules of Catalent Customer Service Excellence Matrix Organization
Assisting with the recording of internal milestones and key performance indicators Indicators

Assisting with the preparation of the monthly financial forecast
Monitoring all signed offers and offer changes using software
Entering orders into JDE
Creating and modifying customer master data
Organizing business trips and training within the CSS Project Management department
Supporting the Client Service and Business Development departments with customer support, offer preparation, and invoicing
Assisting with the preparation and regular review of SOPs related to project management

Qualifications

3-year commercial or scientific vocational training
1-2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, logistics, or customer service
Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), initial experience in project coordination or customer service, competence in time management, organization, and prioritization, strong customer focus
Good communication skills – both written and verbal, good teamwork skills
Independent and structured work style, professionalism including excellent work ethic and positive attitude
Very good German and English skills
Good MS Office skills, sound knowledge of internal software (JDE, Compliance Wire, Trackwise, Fusion, Workfront)
