Creating, maintaining, and deactivating master data in SAP and Winshuttle for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, including Purchase Info Records, Source Lists, Production Versions, and Master Recipes according to defined SLAs
Managing QA approval flows and documentation processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and effective master data setup in a GxP environment
Identifying and driving process improvements by providing input to the Master Data Change Advisory Board (MD CAB) and evaluating master data quality reports
Supporting MD Stewards and planners with regular reports, ad hoc analysis, and guidance on MDM process transitions and scope transfers across regions
Handling CR-cases and deviations in NovoGlow, evaluating urgency, coordinating responses, and implementing corrective actions within defined timelines
Monitoring and reporting on master data performance KPIs, actively participating in daily stand-up meetings, and taking ownership when targets aren't met
Training and onboarding new team members through comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training programs, providing hypercare support and fostering an inclusive workplace
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or related field from a well-recognized institution with a strong academic track record
5+ years of experience in master data management within a GxP environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or supply chain operations
Proven expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA, with experience in MDG and Winshuttle being highly advantageous
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end master data processes from creation to deactivation for finished products, semi-finished products (bulk), raw materials, and packaging materials
Strong Excel skills and ability to leverage data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) to generate actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence diverse stakeholders across organizational boundaries to drive expected outcomes.
