Description

  • Develop and implement territory POA and key account plans.
  • Conduct systematic, in-depth analysis of problems to anticipate the best course of action to improve performance.
  • Ensure data is accurately recorded into CRM.
  • Work with National Sales Manager and others to develop best practices.
  • Disseminate an in-depth knowledge of how private practices, clinics and hospitals operate in the differing roles of stakeholders and their differing needs in relation to the needs of Amgen.
  • Anticipate & communicate competitive threats and opportunities. Takes the lead on gathering competitive intelligence.
  • Build relationships by providing an elevated level of service and creatively managing customer requests, needs, and commitments.
  • Gain trust from customers by developing creative ideas for meeting topics and formats and follow-up with customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales related role consistently delivering on brand priorities and effectively managing the sales process to build strong customer relationships.
  • In depth knowledge of Business, Data by identifying, analyzing and overcoming barriers
  • Execution Excellence with demonstrable experience of consistently delivering high quality results
  • Advanced presentation skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
  • Detailed knowledge of and experience in a hospital environment selling to key private and public Nephrologists
  • Experience interacting with various disciplines and organizational levels internally and externally.
  • Experience in project management
