Description
- uild relationships and act as a business partner to APAC Sales Leadership
- Partner with Global Commercial Ops to represent the APAC region on various programs such as DCP, Quotas, EPICs, Sales Ops Roadmaps, etc.
- Align with other regional Sales Ops to share best practices, solve process issues, and to help stay functionally aligned
- Develop and improve key processes to support integrity of commercial data required for business analysis.
- Advise business partners on how to best leverage reporting to drive actionable insights. Subject matter expert and mentor for regional Sales Ops Analysts
- Proactively understands needs of business partners and takes initiative to represent the region on Global Programs.
- Prepare advanced analyses to help identify and communicate trends and drivers to the business.
- Partners with sales leaders and Global Comm Ops to execute administration of Territory Design (ETM) in SFDC
- Act as a subject matter expert on larger projects relating to process improvement and/or system implementation.
- Represents AMEA Sales Operations on cross functional and global initiatives.
- Represent the region on the Global Segmentation Council, align with regional leadership on matters relating of Segmentation management.
- Coordinate and support Account and Territory planning as well as Customer Profiling regionally while aligning with Global on updates to the program
- Partner with internal resources to manage suite of Prospecting Tools to support top of funnel sales activity.
- Partner with Regional Funnel team to support KPIs and processes aligned with Global Standards
- Drive adoption of new commercial resources through end user education, training and on-boarding.
- Ensures CRM is single source of truth pipeline development.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and project management skills.
- Understands Go-To-Market strategy principles, utilization of key business metrics to enable data-driven decision making and key customer engagement processes.
- Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude with good communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with multiple departments to execute mutually beneficial solutions. Experience dealing with difficult internal and external situations.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook and possess an innate ability to navigate through new software applications
