Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop BI and CRM analysts to deliver high-quality insights and systems; set clear priorities that align with local needs and regional direction.
  • CRM Strategy and Roadmap: Oversee the CRM strategy, ensuring fit-for-purpose capabilities, adoption, and measurable business impact; connect enhancements to field effectiveness and customer value.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to Commercial and collaborate with IT/Digital to explore, pilot, and implement business intelligence and automation solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scale.
  • Data Culture and Advocacy: Champion the use of data in decision making; embed consistent data standards, definitions, and governance to build confidence and drive usage across teams

Market Intelligence And Performance Management

  • Lead BI Analysts to generate, interpret, and embed actionable insights from integrated datasets; translate complex trends into clear, decision-ready narratives.
  • Integrated Data Synthesis: Combine internal and external sources (including IQVIA, CRM, and SFE data) to produce timely insights that guide commercial strategy and continuous performance improvement.
  • Reporting and Analytics Excellence: Oversee the development of reports and dashboards; enhance existing metrics and ensure adoption of best-in-class practices in visualization, measurement, and storytelling.
  • Dashboard Creation and Automation: Lead the creation, maintenance, and automation of dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to monitor KPIs and business performance; streamline processes to reduce manual work and latency.
  • Project Initiation and Delivery: Initiate and manage analytics and intelligence projects; ensure alignment to commercial objectives and successful cross-functional execution from scoping to outcome measurement.

Market Research Leadership

  • Assess, scope, and recommend primary and secondary research initiatives; guide methodologies that answer key business questions with rigor and relevance.

Veeva CRM And Internal Sales Systems

  • Lead continuous improvements in Veeva CRM modules and internal sales systems; ensure data integrity, reliability, and smooth operations.
  • CRM/System Enhancements: Drive new feature implementations and system updates; track adoption, feedback, and performance to maximize value.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that increase the utility of Veeva CRM across stakeholder groups; reduce friction and elevate user experience.

Qualifications

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial and collaborate closely with IT/Digital leads to explore and implement business intelligence and automation solutions.
  • Champion the use of data across the organization to drive commercial decision making and foster a strong data driven culture.
  • Lead BI Analysts in generating, interpreting, and embedding actionable insights derived from integrated datasets.
  • Synthesize complex internal and external data sources (e.g., IQVIA, CRM, SFE data) to deliver meaningful insights that support commercial strategy and performance improvement.
  • Oversee the development of reports and dashboards, enhancing existing metrics and ensuring the adoption of best in class analytics practices.
