Foster strong working relationships with all departments within Zuellig Pharma to support communication, information flow, and the development of business proposals tailored to potential sellers’ needs.
Actively source, review, and identify prospects across pharma, consumer healthcare, medical devices and diagnostics, and animal health, building a robust pipeline and driving efforts to secure new digital business.
Expand market share by engaging typical B2C eCommerce and classic sellers to onboard them onto the EZ Rx Market platform.
Prepare customized value proposition decks for each prospect and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and business negotiations to secure new partnerships.
Maintain close contact with existing and new sellers to strengthen relationships and maximize their engagement and sales performance on the platform.
Lead contract review and negotiations with both new and existing sellers to optimize terms that support growth and long‑term collaboration.
Communicate new sellers’ contract terms, commercial requirements, and operational needs to all relevant departments—Finance, Technical, Customer Service, and Data teams—to ensure readiness for successful implementation.
Support internal stakeholders by providing insights and feedback from sellers to enhance digital solutions and marketplace offerings.
Monitor sellers’ performance and guide them through growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and platform utilization.Ensure alignment between marketplace initiatives and Zuellig Pharma’s broader commercial strategy and organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field with at least 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, commercial, or marketplace roles.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of acquiring new business or partners in a competitive environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align internal teams toward shared objectives.
Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills, including the ability to turn insights into compelling value propositions for sellers.
