Description
Manage end-to-end order handling from quotation to payment realization.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, production tracking, and delivery
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with full satisfaction.
Support new product development and manage export/import shipments, including LC terms.
Generate and share reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Work on SAP SD module for processing quotations and sales orders.
Plan shipments and coordinate with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
Lead or support projects from initiation to completion with timely updates
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate degree (required); advanced degree preferred.
3–4 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles, preferably in B2B pharma.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Strong skills in: Advanced Excel, SAP SD Module, PowerPoint and SFDC (Salesforce.com)
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with GMP compliance and international trade documentation
