Description
- Build and maintain long-term external relationships with the Key Biopharmaceutical customers and develop these relationships in multiple levels of the organization.
- Determine customer needs and provide flawless solutions to meet their requirements.
- Successfully implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to determine sales opportunities.
- Customer’s interaction – daily visit to end-customers and users to introduce and proposed our products, solutions and services : understanding of customers’ needs and market insights for demand generation ; Take lead for customer events such as training/workshop and webinars.
- Lead customer-facing events, including technical workshops, seminars, and webinars to demonstrate product superiority and application suitability
Qualifications
- Education : An academic degree in science or engineering, preferably in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of sales or technical experience in the Industrial market, with a strong preference for the Biopharmaceutical sector.
- Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player in a cross-functional environment. And excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
- Agility & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems in ambiguous situations
