Leads the commercial performance and strategic execution of the EP business across all markets within the SEA Clusters. Own full P&L of SEA EP.
Holds accountability for business results at SEA EP business unit level and drives the relevant financial planning and executions.
Provides strategic leadership and direction, overseeing commercial activities across all EP platforms. Manages SEA EP operating plan for the business unit, including budget ownership, resource deployment, and performance tracking.
Direct the critical processes across SEA related to business planning, marketing planning, portfolio management, IBP, life cycle management, business performance tracking including P&L monitoring of the business units and geographies.
Develops and directs/influences activities for SEA EP BU teams in accomplishing goals, objectives and strategies within business policies.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including local sales and marketing, product development, clinical education, to ensure successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Leads the talent agenda for the business in region, including a robust leadership pipeline and future-ready capabilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical associations and industry influencers to elevate the visibility and credibility in EP communities.
Accountable for ensuring the highest quality execution and oversight to maintain full compliance with external regulations and Johnson & Johnson policies (e.g., Business Conduct Policy, HCC, SOX, FDA, and local requirements)
Ensures Health Care Compliance and integrity principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. MS/MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 12 years of business and commercial experience( sales and marketing ) is required. A minimum of 5 years of Business Unit management experience is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of prior leadership experience with people management responsibility is preferred.
Ensures Health Care Compliance and integrity principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales & marketing strategies that drive significant business growth in the APAC region, SEA experience is preferred.
Proven track record of strategic product management and successful leadership in dynamic environments.
Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements, HEMA and quality standards in the medical device field.
High strategic mindset, with ability to simplify and translate data into insights and decisions
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in marketing programs to create new markets or market segments is required.
Knowledge of marketing research and analysis, including Voice of the Customer (VOC) is required.
