Provide concrete business analysis and business planning processes case by case, consolidate market analysis, sales analysis and competitive intelligence, etc, work out suggestions & solutions and sometime initiate follow ups
Analyse performance across retail channels to optimize channel mix
Partner with sales and marketing to align retail strategies
Innovation project support
Support Retail to identify the innovative initiatives and lead the innovation project to make the business impact.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of retail initiatives
Transformation
Coordinate cross-functional retail initiatives and lead retail digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.
Experience & Knowledge
8+ years in pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare industry
Experienced in PMO management and strategic insights analysis
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional retail initiatives in China market
