Tailor content to suit different experience levels and leverage diverse learning formats, including workshops, e-learning, and peer-to-peer learning.
Localise and launch the Learning & Development Hub for Marketing in Australia, promoting its adoption across teams.
Facilitate cross-functional forums and build best-practice communities to foster peer-to-peer learning and collaboration.
Identify skill gaps within the marketing function and develop targeted training solutions to address them.
Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to source and integrate best-in-class learning solutions.
Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve training programs and define KPIs to measure their effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field will be highly desirable.
6+ years of hands-on experience in various marketing disciplines across marketing strategy and operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health sectors.
3+ years of experience designing and delivering marketing training in a matrixed organization.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design across various delivery formats.
Creative thinker who understands real-world Marketing challenges and opportunities.
Strong project management and organisational change management experience with a track record of driving tangible results for the business.
