Description
- Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Technical Teams, and ATS Sales to successfully develop and execute marketing strategies at a regional level, including tradeshows, local webinars, and localization of marketing content
- Liaise with tradeshow vendors to plan and manage regional activity logistics including package negotiation, exhibit space selection, setup, and more
- Lead internal preparation efforts for regional conferences and events, including organization of display elements, ordering of promotional materials, and ATS attendance
- Drive the translation of global marketing assets into local languages- coordinating with translation agencies and internal experts to ensure accurate translation of scientific content
- Support ATS Sales, Asia and key distribution partners with tools to facilitate meaningful customer interactions, including product kits, flyers, and roll-ups for local events
- Organize and lead staff briefing calls to prepare stakeholders for events, including expectation setting and answering questions from attendees
- Maintain the ATS conferences and events calendar for Asia to provide visibility to all stakeholders on package details, attendees, and abstract submissions
- Monitor marketing expenses against the budget set for your region, ensuring adherence to budget and mindful spending to maximize return on investment
- Collect and analyze feedback after regional activities to drive program optimization; Prepare reports on performance, engagement, and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives
- Manage leads after regional marketing activities, including extract, data cleaning, and timely upload to Marketo.
- Work with Marketing counterparts and stakeholders across geographies and time zones to ensure successful project execution in alignment with global marketing strategy and brand guidelines
- Travel periodically within the region to oversee event setup/breakdown, monitor industry and competitor marketing activities, and build relationships with local Sales and Marketing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, a related field, or extensive equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on tradeshow, conference, or event execution. Experience in life sciences/ biopharmaceuticals a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects in parallel with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to present ideas effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management software's such as Asana; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
