Typical Accountabilities
In collaboration with marketers, develop and implement digital strategy for all key brands.
Set up digital OKRs align with business goals
Drive BU centralized Omnichannel implementation & tracking
Leverage data and insights to enhance overall campaign performance and improve future digital marketing efforts.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Act as an omnichannel capability builder to generate and share best practices across BU, navigate and accelerate the uptake of omnichannel capabilities, tools, and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
Experience in leading Digital marketing campaigns and content management.
Proficient in using data analysis tools and metrics tracking to support decision-making.
Confident in communicating in English (spoken & written) environment.
