Product Specialist-Pharma

Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned territories or key accounts.
• Manage the full tender process: preparation, submission, monitoring, and post-award activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians, pharmacists, and procurement departments.
• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products through effective product presentations, scientific discussions, and regular customer engagement.
• Identify new opportunities for market expansion and pipeline development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access) to ensure business success.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine.
• Solid understanding of hospital tender procedures and procurement systems.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Experience in the anesthesia segment (e.g., inhalation agents, IV anesthetics) or parenteral nutrition is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals and key accounts as required.
