Senior Research Associate

Description

• Contribute to exploration and identification of our next core modality platform basically related to small molecule and biologics / antibody-based approaches (e.g. RNA binders, molecular glues, Generative AI designed small molecules/proteins) with help from supervisors
• Pursue research programs cooperatively to create high value candidates or products with help from supervisors
• Obtain key and high-quality scientific data to initiate and promote research programs by using his/her expertise and skills
• Analyze acquired experimental data with scientific accuracy and reliability, and make appropriate scientific judgments
• Prepare research reports properly and correctly describing the findings
• Understand the vision and strategy of the company and participate in the planning of research programs
• Be responsible for the negotiation and planning in contract research with help from supervisors
• Report unpredictable issues immediately to supervisors
• Ensure research compliance and integrity

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experimental skills in Molecular and/or Cellular Biology research
• Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Master's degree in life science area
• Passion for driving innovation in new research areas
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills
• PhD in life science area
• Experience in executing and leading early drug discovery research projects
