Head Quality Control

Description

Head of the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Department, including budget and personnel planning.

Strategic development and organizational alignment of the department, incorporating Lean Lab principles to ensure timely completion of laboratory orders.

Ensuring all necessary tests are performed and the corresponding protocols are evaluated.

Ensuring qualified personnel are available for laboratory management and quality assessment.

Monitoring and further developing the quality control system.

Ensuring that test methods are validated and equipment is qualified for conducting tests
Leadership and implementation of efficiency programs.

Implementation and monitoring of the Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) of the Quality Control Department

Qualifications

Degree in natural sciences, e.g., chemistry or a comparable field

Extensive professional experience and expertise in pharmaceutical instrumental analysis
Proven experience in managing quality control laboratories
Very good knowledge of GxP, especially international guidelines such as those of the US FDA and EMEA
Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
