Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
Lead workstreams to complete a wide range of project activities and deliverables, including gap assessments and recommendations; business process design, optimization, and capture; and design and execution of change management and training initiatives
Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role
Experience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
Engagement management experience
Experience developing controlled documents, such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and How-to-Guides
Strong presentation and business development skills
