You will manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
You will develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
You will develop and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
You will proactive and creative solve problems in managing customers’ complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
You will coordinate with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
You work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction
Qualifications
You have Bachelor in Health/Science
You have 3 year multinational companies experience in Pharmaceutical sales
You have effective communication and interpersonal skill
You have creative problem solving and negotiation skill
