Description

• Provide technical support for Clinical Development applications (Entimo, R, SAS, LabVantage, Spotfire, SharePoint, etc.).
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance.
• Assist in release management, system enhancements, and upgrades.
• Develop documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance processes.
• Monitor application performance to ensure optimal user experience.
• Create training materials and user manuals; provide training to end-users.
• Ensure compliance with GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex-11 standards.
• Deliver services securely, on time, and within budget for responsible areas.
• Ensure platforms and solutions are fit for purpose and deliver business value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Clinical Development application maintenance.
• Exposure to life sciences industry, specifically clinical development.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience interacting with senior management and business teams.
• Hands-on experience with GxP systems and supporting tools (ALM, SNOW).
• Strong technology background and understanding of coding principles.
• Business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Skills in demand planning, IT infrastructure, and leveraging technology.
• Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements and collaborate across geographies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
