Ensure performance of product portfolio to meet revenue and bottom-line growth aspirations
Develop and execute regional product strategies including launch excellence plans, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization.
Be the voice of market to reflect unmet needs and identify mid and long-term growth opportunities
Lead market development initiatives including new product development and introduction to shape demand and adoption across key therapeutic areas.
Strategic Innovation in developing and implementing long-term strategies to create new products, services, and business models aligned with company goal. Key responsibilities include identifying trends, managing innovation projects from concept to execution, building partnerships, and influencing senior leadership to drive competitive advantage and growth.
Demand Generation and Funnel Management
Plans, executes, and manages omnichannel marketing campaigns to achieve business goals like brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Lead the rollout of regional campaigns, initiatives, and marketing collaterals (digital and physical) to support strategy execution.
Partner with global and local teams to align product positioning and messaging with BD’s value proposition.
Track portfolio funnel progress, win/loss outcomes, and drive follow-through with country teams in ensuring healthy funnel of opportunities in the region.
Marketing and Commercial Operations
Collaborate cross-functionally between local/region/global teams to implement product growth imperatives.
Create and deploy sales tools, training materials, and marketing content to win in owned segments.
Actively work together with other functional leaders to retire business risks (e.g. supply and quality) and realize growth opportunities for the short term.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. Candidates with an MBA will be preferred.
10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare/Med Tech, bioprocessing, pharmaceutical or life-sciences, API.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a regional or multi-country role in a B2B context is highly desirable.
Language preference: English, Chinese, to enable effective communication with customers in selective countries.
