Description
- Develop and implement innovative short- and long-term marketing and sales strategies for your brand/portfolio. Work closely with regional and global teams while maintaining a New Zealand-specific approach.
- Work alongside high-performing internal teams from Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial to ensure flawless execution of strategies.
- Build and deepen relationships with healthcare professionals, including key accounts, specialty pharmacies, KOLs, and payors. Your ability to forge strong partnerships will make a difference.
- Drive growth for Oncology and Haematology products through effective lifecycle management, innovative strategic partnerships, and new-product launches.
- Ensure the sales force achieves outstanding results with innovative commercial strategies tailored to an evolving healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in strategic marketing, ideally in healthcare or pharma industries. Oncology or Haematology experience is a plus but not required.
- Agility: High agility and adaptability to excel in a dynamic and fast-moving therapeutic area.
- Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive strategy and deliver growth across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proactive in building relationships with healthcare stakeholders, always putting patients first.
