Description
  • Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction proactively
  • Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunities;
  • Develops and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
  • Proactively and creatively solve problems in managing customers’ complaints by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (example: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
  • Coordinate with the Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
  • Work closely with the Professional Services team to deliver post-sales service that maximizes customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelor's in Health/Science
  • Have 3 years of multinational companies' experience in Pharmaceutical sales
  • Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have creative problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Have customer complaint handling skills
