Description
- Collaborate closely with the SAP Key User Team at Headquarters to translate business requirements into effective SAP FI solutions through system design, configuration, and enhancement activities.
- Perform risk assessments by analyzing system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure compliance with internal controls and governance policies.
- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of SAP FI processes across the finance function.
- Lead the full SAP project lifecycle, from planning and testing through go-live and post-implementation validation, ensuring system functionality and business continuity.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, process automation, and standardization within the SAP financial modules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals, process guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance end-user understanding and adoption of SAP financial processes.
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FI module implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and financial closing.
- Experience in end-to-end project management within SAP environments, including testing and post-go-live support.
- Familiar with SAP integration points with other modules such as CO, MM, and SD.
- Proficient in performing system risk analysis and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks (e.g., SOX, internal controls).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
