Coordinate and support the development and preparation of the annual strategic plan, annual operating plan (including annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts), and monthly results analysis.
Perform forecasting and analysis of SG&A spending on a monthly basis, provide SG&A spending progress reports to partners to help handle spending within the budget.
Prepare for APJ and Country forecast meetings by validating and updating information in the templates
Work with the accounting and APJ finance team to ensure close timelines and reporting requirements are met.
Provide pricing and margin scenarios for bidding on big deals and public purchase cases to generate revenue, working with the Commercial team to ensure timely execution.
Handle data uploads into the planning system, build cost centers, and connect with the Corporate EDM team for system maintenance.
Retrieve, consolidate, analyze, and summarize data from large data sets using SQL.
Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or relative fields (accounting, finance, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or related position
Interested in business and commercial fields and agile to environment changes
Excellent analytical capabilities including BI tool, SQL, Excel and relational database skills
Analytical thinking and the ability to simplify and coordinate sophisticated problems.
Detailed understanding of and experience with accounting and financial reporting
Teamwork skills – Able to effectively collaborate with peers in other functions and with colleagues in other businesses or divisions
